 Use simple and specific words to express ideas
 Implies emphasizing on a specific message or
goal at a time than trying to achieve too much
at a time
7. Correctness
 Appropriateness of language use
 Implies that there are no grammatical errors in
communication
 Message is exact, precise/exact, and accurate
