o All UHC IS to participate in the conduct of the LHS ML Monitoring Activities
o Only data encoded in and generated by the LHS ML Information System shall be
considered in the formulation of the national reports as the official data encoding
and reporting platform (DM No. 2022-0408)
o CHD/MOH-BARMM to perform 1st level data validation while CO
Bureaus/Services to perform 2nd level data validation
o Reiteration that the CHD/MOH-BARMM Core Group on Integration shall be
composed, at the minimum, of regional counterparts of the CO Lead

Salient Provisions
o LHS ML IS as the official data encoding and reporting platform to track the
progress of the UHC IS in organizing the P/CWHS
o LHS ML IS to be used starting FY 2022 annual monitoring activity
o User Registration
 For UHC IS and Provincial/City DOH Offices personnel -> Regional LHS ML IS
Administrators
 For CHD/MOH-BARMM and CO Bureau/Service personnel (Mr. Vincent Patrick
Albestros as National LHS ML IS Administrator)
Reminders
o All UHC IS, concerned CHD, MOH-BARMM and CO personnel to register to the
LHS ML IS before the start of the year-end monitoring (November 14, 2022)
o Only users that used their personal credentials (name and email address) in
registering to the LHS ML IS shall be approved
Reminders
o No limit in the number of users per UHC IS, P/CDOHO and CHD/MOH-BARMM
o No separate registration for the component LGUs and the respective DOH
Representatives assigned to these component LGUs
