kemampuan tetapi dalam dimensi nilai, waktu dan ruang yang turut mempengaruhi
keberhasilan komunikasi yang terlihat melalui dampak terapeutiknya bagi klien dan
juga kepuasan bagi perawat.
● Komunikasi juga akan memberikan dampak terapeutik bila dalam penggunaanya
diperhatikan sikap dan tehnik komunikasi terapeutik. Hal lain yang cukup penting
diperhatikan adalah dimensi hubungan. Dimensi ini merupakan factor penunjang
yang sangat berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berhubungan
