Should
We use should give advice and make recommendations.
Example:
You should eat more fresh fruit.
You shouldn’t drive so fast

Must
Must is stronger than should. We use must to give orders and talk about
rules.
Example: I must work hard on my Science (expresses an obligation that
you place on yourself)
You mustn’t tell this anyone.
Example : Pupils must not run in the corridors. ( here, “must” expresses a
school rule)
