CHALLENGES &
EXPERIENCES
CHALLENGE #1
• Working together to brainstorm methods of finding the best investment business
model was an initial challenge when searching for ways to combine ideas. Our group
sought to find a stock with maximum returns and we each had unique entrepreneurial
ideas to generate said short-term profits.
CHALLENGE #2
• Our group ran into the challenge of finding ways to gain massive
returns within any investment opportunity, as investments typically increase in value
over periods of time. Our two-hour limited timeframe made it challenging to measure
long-term success, as investing along with generating profits is a process that often
requires longevity.
• We faced a long product development cycle, which made obtaining short-term success
difficult (Eisenmann et al., 2014).
EXPERIENCES
• The best way to succeed is to work together. Trusting each other's abilities to
contribute with our part and work toward a goal together.
• Our group learned that even with only small amounts of initial investments,
entrepreneurs can generate potential profits through venture projects.

REFLECTION
P E R S E V E R E , P I VO T O R PA R I S H
• As a group of entrepreneurs, we wanted to assess the future in continuing
with this venture:
Persevere:
• The outcome was expected with the given situation, however that outcome
was still not the most desirable.
Pivot:
• Other potential opportunities might include researching other stocks, as well
as investing more money for longer or diversifying.
Perish
• Based on our alternatives, shutting down is not a more beneficial option.

ADDITIONAL
• It may have been beneficial to spend more time looking for a more volatile
stock, such as Sun Pharma or Garden Silk Mills.
• Although it might be riskier, it gives us a better chance of gaining a higher
rate of return.
