    The TM4 was installed in the locomotive but one connection, wire A at the brush holder, was incorrect and shown in red in the connections diagram instead of being correct as per the green line. The TM4 was then put into storage and when the connections were visually checked, they were found to be correct as shown in the spare diagram.
