Makmur Energy Central Processing Facility – Safety Review Background
Gasindo Makmur Energy (GME) planning to develop early production
facility of Bangkudulis Field. GME planning to produce gas through re-entry of 1 (one) existing well BKD-2ST, workover of 1 (one) existing well BKD-1, and 1 (one) development well. GME will develop early production facility to accommodate hydrocarbon from that wells of Bangkudulis Field. Timeline Target on stream • Early Production Facility of Bangkudulis Field is targeted on stream on June 2024, as requested by buyer • Rental scheme will be used to run the facility • Procurement process is estimated about three to four months parallel with site preparation and detail design • Site preparation, Fabrication, Installation and Construction process is estimated about five months • Pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup is expected for two months • Detailed Design is estimated about four months parallel with procurement and site preparation. Facility GME will construct Central Processing Facilities in Bangkudulis Field consist of main process equipment and utility equipment. Main process equipment consist of: - Flowline - Production Header - H2S Removal (future) - Production Separator - Dehydration System - Sales Gas Metering - Trunkline - Waste Water Treatment - Condensate Package PFD • The design have been validated from the previous • H2S removal is considered to install due to potential H2S of BKD-1 • H2S content will be confirmed after work over activity, since it was never found in the previous test before 2019 • There could be potential subsurface issue causing H2S content on the gas stream, in which to be validated during workover activity • The design will be detailed further in DED, to reach the on-stream target in June 2024
