He excelled in multiple fields including painting, anatomy, architecture, paleontology, art, botany, science, writing, sculpture, philosophy, engineering, invention, music, poetry, and urban planning. Vincent van Gogh was a leading Dutch post-impressionist painter who created around 900 paintings and over 1600 drawings. His younger brother Theo, an art dealer in Paris, provided him continuous financial support which was important in his life.

    He was a Florentine polymath of the Italian Renaissance. He was simultaneously a painter, anatomist,
    architect, paleontologist, artist, botanist, scientist, writer, sculptor, philosopher, engineer, inventor,
    musician, poet, and urban planner, born in 15 of april of 1452 and dead in 2 of may of 1519.

    Fue un polímata florentino del Renacimiento italiano. Fue a la vez pintor, anatomista, arquitecto,
    paleontólogo,​artista, botánico, científico, escritor, escultor, filósofo, ingeniero, inventor, músico,
    poeta y urbanista, nacio el 15 de abril de 1452 y murió el 2 de mayo de 1519.

    Vincent Willem van Gogh was a Dutch painter, one of the leading exponents of Post-
    Impressionism, painting about 900 paintings and drawing more than 1600 drawings. A central
    figure in his life was his younger brother Theo, an art dealer in Paris, who gave him continuous
    and selfless financial support.
