STRATEGIC EFFECTIVENESS
FOR H-TOWN
According to us, the organization focuses much more on Human
Relations Emphasis. We think it is because of the following
points made by Mr. Akshat:
• Autonomy is given to the employees
• Frequent training sessions for the employees
• A lot of team-building activities have been carried out since
its inception
• The company is trying to grow but not going after a lot of
profit
LIFE CYCLE OF THE
ORGANIZATION
According to us, the organization is in the Collectivity Stage
Of the Organization Cycle. We think it is because of the
following points made by Mr. Akshat:
• Not a lot of SOPs for work.
• There are just 2 major products and even they are
interrelated to one another
• Most of the R&D is done by managers and employees.
• The company is trying to grow
• Top management consists of young leadership who are
ready to do the groundwork with their staff

communication and collaboration

• Zoom is used for both internal communication and
customer communication

organization and with external stakeholders
DIVERSITY AT H-TOWN
According to employees, the major workforce is from Female 40%
the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (about
Male 60%
80%) while the rest is from various parts of the country
Also, the male to Female gender ratio H-Town
maintains is about 60%-40%

80% employees are

from AP

Recommendations
We recommend H-Town to hire more people from
different regions so as to enhance diversity in the
organization. Restricting the regional diversity isn't a
good idea because this hampers inflow of fresh ideas 20% employees are
and perspective not from AP

Culture at H-Town is immensely enriching. • Rites and Ceremonies:- We observed that H-Town
They have a strong work ethic and promote actively organized varied events like secret santa, intern

employees who have risen to the top. This inculcated
The culture at H-Town is one of an Adhocracy motivation among them
because they exhibit flexibility, employee
empowerment and an emphasis on individual
initiative
CONFLICT AND IT'S RESOLUTION
STRATEGIES AT H-TOWN
• Most of the senior management is in the USA and
it is not always possible to get a solution from
their side
• Hence the employees focus on the Collaborating
Approach to solve conflicts
• When necessary, managers may use a
compromising approach, which they find to be
more practical solution for problems
