On a choisi comme outil de décision une matrice sur la base d’une échelle qui va nous permettre d’évaluer chaque
mode de gestion en termes de quelques critères et paramètres pour nous aider à prendre une décision par rapport au
mode de gestion le plus adapté à la commune.
D’après cette échelle, on peut voir que la gestion en régie est un mode de gestion très adaptés aux objectifs mis en
place préalablement et contribue activement au développement social et au renforcement du tissu économique de la
commune. Néanmoins, ce mode de gestion a des inconvénients notamment en termes d’investissements initiaux
nécessaires, la responsabilité et la gestion des risques.
