The Problem
Communication is foundational for human cooperation and
progress, with written communication being vital for clarity
and record-keeping. Correction tape offers a tidy solution but
has issues like writability and durability. Researchers aim to
enhance user experience. In computer vision, deep learning,
and RGB-D data have improved object recognition, while
RGB-D sensors are gaining importance. Innovatively, RGB
sensors could be incorporated into correction tapes for a
seamless color match to paper.

Reviews:
Relevance of the study
Our study aims to improve correction tape by adding RGB sensors for color detection,
making error correction seamless. Correction tape, initially developed by Bette Nesmith
Graham, is widely used in various settings. It's essential for maintaining accurate records in
education and preserving document integrity in offices. Color-changing correction tape also
has benefits in scientific research and environmental sustainability by reducing paper
waste. It enhances professionalism and neatness for users, benefiting document holders and
manufacturers. Our research can serve as a foundation for future studies, highlighting the
significance of correction tape in promoting accuracy and professionalism in written
communication.
