What is Reiki?
• A form of spiritual healing and spiritual practice used for a
treatment of physical,emotional, mental and spiritual diseases.

• Practitioners use a technique similar to laying on of hands, in wich

it is claimed to a channel for energy (Ki) guided by a universal
spirit or spiritual nature (Rei).

• Flowing through palms to heal a person wherever they may need

healing.
What is Reiki?

• Reiki is two Japanese words, Rei and Ki

• Rei means Universal, Ki means energy

• Therefore, Reiki means Universal Energy; the Vital Force that

permeates the whole universe.

• Synonyms of Ki:
 Chi in China
 Prana in India
 Ka in Egypt
 Holy Ghost in Bible
 Pneuna in Greek.

• Inside every human being there is a subtle system of
channels and centers of energy
• Reiki flows throug this system

• All being are given a spark of
Ki at birth.
• This Ki energy has its own
force field, know as AURA,
which has colors.
• Along spine there are seven
energy transformers in form of
vortices knowns as Chakra.
• Flow of Reiki removes
blocks and balances

Attunement
• Everyone is born with Reiki energy but cannot use it
consciously at will

• Attunement (empowerment) is a process, which

activates the ability to transmit and use Reiki with your
own will at any time.
