1. Common Grace
The doctrine of common grace pertains to the
sovereign grace of God bestowed (ipinagkaloob)
upon all of mankind regardless of their election.
In other words, God has always bestowed His
graciousness on all people in all parts of the earth
at all times.
 z Titus 2:11-13
[11]For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing
salvation to all people.
[12]And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful
pleasures.
We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness,
and devotion to God,
[13]while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day
when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,
will be revealed.

He showers compassion on all
his creation.

2. Efficacious Grace – saving grace

Efficacious grace refers to the ability of
God’s grace to bring about His intended
work in the life of a sinner, namely, in his
salvation and reconciliation.
- God’s grace is efficacious, or effective, in
saving those whom He calls.

Acts of the Apostles 20:24

[24]But my life is worth nothing to me
unless I use it for finishing the work
assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the
work of telling others the Good News about
the wonderful grace of God.
