    CONCEPT PAPER
    - Is an academic writing that presents a
    short summary that tells the reader what the
    project is, why it is important, and how it will
    be carried out.
    a preliminary document that sets out to
    explain what a proposed study is about,
    why it is being undertaken, and how it
    will be carried out.
    VISION IN CONCEPT PAPER
    The project vision could begin with some
    background information and a brief history of the
    topic at hand, its relevance to the company, and the
    main reasons behind the new project based on
    current needs. It should contain the information
    necessary to get started.
    SCOPE IN CONCEPT PAPER
    The scope of the study explains the extent to
    which your research area will be explored, and
    the parameters the study will operate. It gives the
    reader and the writer an insight into what the
    study is aimed at and what should be anticipated.
    TIME AND MILESTONE IN
    CONCEPT PAPER
    The project's timeline (the cadence of the work) is
    defined by a number of key deliveries
    (milestones) – the fundamental steps in the
    process (they should be tied to specific dates)
    upon which the success of the project depends.
    TARGETS IN CONCEPT PAPER
    Concept papers are typically prepared
    by entrepreneurs working on a business proposal
    or product, or by students and researchers in
    academia. Such documents are aimed at securing
    feedback on a research idea and seeking
    potential investors or funders.
    PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN
    CONCEPT PAPER
    Project management' provides structure and control of
    the project environment so that the agreed activities
    will produce the right products or services to meet the
    customer's expectations. Projects are temporary
    structures which must be properly managed and
    controlled in order to meet their stated objectives.
    HOME ACTIVITY
    Cite/look for an example of a Conceptual Diagram about
    education. (PRINTED OR DRAWING)
    *Explain each part of the diagram which are connected to
    EDUCATION.
