The delivery of schedule, terms of payment and other arrangements, e.g. electrical, water, gas and other utilities connection, should be clearly stated in the quotation. 3. METHOD • Manufacturing is the conversion of raw materials into finished product. The sequence of operations should be clearly defined to ensure proper execution and assure the consistency of the quality product by considering the following: 1. The plant size and production schedule are determined based on the projected demand. 2. The number and capacity of the machine and equipment are determined after considering the forecasted production and schedule. 3. The plant location has a long-term consequence in business and should be considered at least 15 to 20 years continuous operation. 4.
