DOCTORS
Two doctors on duty per day
JD for ultrasonologist being updated, hiring will take place after that

- STATUS: Two doctors on Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. Rest of the days one MO on duty
No Sonologist currently available at site
- RESPONSIBILITIES: Dealing OPD; Hepatitis-C program
NURSING
1 NA On site providing services/No active issue
- STATUS: Yes 1NA available at site & no active issue
- RESPOSIBILITIES: Dealing Triage; Minor wound dressing; Emergency I/V access; Vaccination

- Due to changing of Titus we have been faced trouble to run EPI program.(ASAP)

MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING
- STATUS: Active
- RESPONSIBILITIES: Being done by Counsellors as initial mental health screening

PHARMACY
MEDICATION DISPENSING

Clarity needed regarding number of days of medication

STATUS: Dispensing medications for maximum five days.

No clear policy documented as per pharmacist
OTHER
PROBLEM WITH FLOW/ Ptient has to go twice upstairs
STATUS: Patient has to go twice upstairs; Once for mental health screening & once for pharmacy but old or
debilitated patients managed on ground floor and either attendant or on duty helper suppose to proceed for
medications
HMIS/ Connectivity issues/Patient delaying/Labs: generation
STATUS: HMIS issues, still experiencing on daily basis. System hanging on frequently & slow lab: generation
problem. No connectivity with x-ray & sonologist
TWO WLFARE PERSONS ON DUTY
STATUS: Active. Two welfare officer on daily basis are available
