AAS L21 NSB process (include any ENM checks such as supervisions, Time-zone, etc.)
AAS L2100 Mirror with Legacy L2100 which implies scripts for feature preservation & radio parameter
change.
AAS Feature settings.
Physical antenna swap.
Cleanup, RET, NBIOT adjustments .
Dummy PCI change and Elastic RAN setting implementation (T-Mobile requested to use dummy PCIs for
the new AAS cells until the AIR3246 are installed and the legacy L2100 cells are deleted, then we will put
back the original PCI).

After executing each PCI script if you see the below issue, it means PCI was not changed

The AAS Baseband should have same number of MMEs as the Legacy BB less the amount of MMEs for
NbIotCell.
• Lesson learned:
— If RiLinks are disabled check if SFPs are from the same vendor in order to make the RiLinks to come up.
Use:
invrxb
— We should also notice that for AAS nodes the NR 600 won’t have the IDL Cable defined so please don’t run
IDLE script in 5G.
If SW is matching between Legacy BB & AAS BB and there is no issue with the setup (VlanPort=ERAN value must set in
eranVlanPortRef attribute) all is needed is a restart of LTE and AAS nodes to make the Elastic RAN feature create the
bblinks.
