STAY FIT MY OWN TIPS AND EXPERIENCE BENEFITS OF STAYING FIT • Increased energy levels
• Improved physical and mental health
• Enhanced overall well-being
• Better quality of life
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY • I started exercising and taking care of my health 2 years ago, when I realized that I felt bad about my body • First problem on my way was terrible preparation and attitude towards sports, I didn’t like it I felt pain in my legs, stomach and arms, but it was a pleasant pain because I knew I was on the right way
P.S. Also, I didn’t want to get up in the morning
because of the pain all over my body MY PERSONAL JOURNEY • Second problem and the most difficult for me was my diet, because I was literally addicted to food And, due to the fact that I didn’t know how to do it right, I started to follow my parents’ advice like “Don’t eat flour, sweet and salty foods and then you will lose weight” • So, my personal advice is never limit yourself to any particular food • Eat whatever you want, just follow a calorie deficit and combine everything with some kind of physical activity MY PERSONAL JOURNEY • And third problem was others’ opinions about me. Always when I went outside I thought that everyone was judging me and feeling disgusted • I can’t say that I’ve completely stopped thinking like this, but now the situation is much better than was then • Now I understand why this happened: It was low self-esteem and I just couldn’t accept my body
So, my personally tips:
1. Just start love your body and your personality 2. Don’t think about others’ opinions, it doesn’t matter GENERALLY TIPS TO STAYING FIT • Calories deficit How it works? Let’s assume that doing nothing on average a person burns 2000 calories per day, which means you need to eat for example 1600 – 1800 calories per day, without limiting yourself to the food you want. Just eat a little less than usual and step by step you will losing your weight and feel good. But if you combine deficit with sports, weight loss will accelerate GENERALLY TIPS TO STAYING FIT • Sport Sport isn’t always about the gym. You can just add evening walks or running, and also doing home exercises without straining yourself too much, if you really don’t like it GENERALLY TIPS TO STAYING FIT • Mental health Mental health is the most important thing when you trying to lose weight. If you want to have a healthy body, you have to work on your mental health too. Less stress, give yourself a day off or vacation. You need to rest.
