Making your first

$3,000 online
A guide on escaping the rat race and finding meaning in a confused world
Before you start your business
Mindset - Do you believe you can make $10,000 a month? Like do you REALLY believe
it?
How do you change your internal belief systems?
- Psycho cybernetics : Do the exercises
- Daily meditation and journaling on the person you are/want to become
- Your internal and external self talk (When you fuck up, what do you say?)
Before you start your business pt.2
Your outer world is a manifestation of your inner world.
Shitty inner world -> shitty outer world
You will always find a way to sabotage yourself, unless you first fix how you truly see
yourself.
This is not a level you beat, this is a level you continuously keep progressing at. Never
stop improving your inner world
Picking your class (skill)
- Life is a video game, and you get to decide which class you want to play
- Some classes will deal more damage than others, but to get to that point, you will
need to invest a lot of time learning how to play - Pick a class you like, unless you
can be stoic
- Visit a class trainer if you have the possibility (Buy that course)
I’m a level 1 warrior, now what?
The nr.1 exercise you HAVE to do before you start -> setting up a roadmap (unless you’re
actively following a course/have a mentor who can guide you)
Alright, I know where I’m going, how do i get therE?

Transcending Basic self improvement -> the power of habit trackers

Figure out the actions that are going to get you closer, to signing your first client/making
your first sale
- Practicing photoshop for 2h a day?
- Do 3 client outreach a day
- Go through 1 course module a day
Understanding that life is a video game
Everything you do, equates to completing some type of quest and attaining some type of
reward
10 minutes of meditation -> +5 Mind stat
2 Hours of Jim -> +3 Strength stat
20 minutes of reading -> +2 Intelligence
8 hours of sleep -> +10 Alertness for 24 hours
How do the actions that you fill your day with, allow you to improve your life on a
consistent basis?
Common fallacies - FAQ from you guys
“Bro I know Hamza said that anime, videogames and netflix all bad, but there’s this ONE
anime that I rea”
If you’re being productive for 3,4,5,10 hours a day. Whoever you want to be spending
those remaining 21,20,19,14 hours
Is completely up to you.
If you’re trying to be 100% efficient ALL OF THE TIME, it tells me your time horizon is
too short.
COmmon fallacies pt.2 - the exception to the rule

Monk mode - There’s nothing wrong in realizing that you need to strap in for 1-3 months,
and putting all the bad habits like video games and netflix on the shelf
But don’t actively punish yourself for the rest of your life
I like video games, I’ll play GOW when it comes out. Life isn’t black and white for the
rest of your existence
The #1 reason 90% of you are going to fail
Stop trying to do level 80 content when you’re level 13
The easiest way to fail, is to set your goals when your motivation is at a 10
Be patiently aggressive -> Just because it’s going to take time, doesn’t mean you should
sit on your ass
Tenacity - We are the tiktok generation
What is the alternative?
Alright, I’ve picked my class, I know the pitfalls, what now?

Make it easy to do the hard work, so that even if you don’t feel like it, you’ll do it.
Big fat checklist
- Website and app blockers on your phone and desktop (blocksite, forest, and stay
free)
- Program blockers for desktop (
https://www.d7xtech.com/free-software/program-blocker/)
- Curating a playlist that allows focus or BrainFM (5EUR)
Continuation
- Don’t have bad foods in your house, if you know you’re gonna eat them.
- Disable notifications/uninstall anything you don’t need on your phone
- Uninstall video games from your computer, quit netflix, whatever is taking up most
of your time. Different from person to person
- Cut out toxic people from your life, you can’t change your friends through words,
only through results
Alright, all of this is cool, but how am I
going to make $3,000 a month?
Your external world, is a reflection of your internal world. Before you resolve all of the
internal mess you have going on, and curate an environment that’s going to allow you to
buckle down for 3-12 months, cut out all the toxic people in your life, telling you you’re
never gonna make it, you’re gonna have a hard time making ANY progress.
The autistic steps you’ve been waiting for.
The A-z on making your first sale and then scaling it.

You’re Bob, and you’re a graphic designer who’s a level 5 Thumbnail designer
1. Start spending as much time as possible on youtube or in your photoshop course
learning new skills, and adding things to your arsenal
2. What is the current industry standard? How does Mr.Beast make his thumbnails?
How do people make League of legends thumbnails? Fortnite thumbnails? Should I
learn Blender?
WHAT ARE THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY DOING AND HOW
CAN I ATTAIN THIS LEVEL OF SKILL/IMPROVE ON WHAT THEY’RE
DOING?
The A-z on making your first sale and then scaling it.

3. Settle on your initial niche. You don’t want to be “ok” at everything, you want to be
GREAT at 1 or 2 things. You want to make league of legends thumbnails? Great, become
so good, that any person you pitch to, can immediately see the value in your product.
4. Download Streak CRM and start sending free value to your prospects. Watch a video on
how to properly send Cold emails, or study this document - https://gray-gargoyle-

The A-z on making your first sale and then scaling it.

5. The destroyer of dreams. You’re to spend the next 4-12 weeks repeating steps 1 till 4.
There is no “fancy” way of doing it, there is no secret, no hidden technique. You’re going
to improve at your chosen skill, you’re going to send dm’s, you’re going to create free
value for your prospects, using 10’s of hours doing free labour, and that’s the way it’s
going to be.
When you have no testimonials or tangible client results, this is your 1 weapon. More on
the next slide
Hustlers university fucked it up for everyone…

“Hey man, I made you a free 3 Email sequence as a free gift, and would love to hear your
thoughts about it, if you send me a message, I’ll send it over to you ;)”
Ok, so 3 things…
Respect your prospects time
You’re a fucking nobody - acknowledge that
Why free value is your most powerful weapon
I made my first client - How do I scale this?
Do an amazing job, over deliver so much on value that it’s impossible to deny the quality
of your work.
Do you know what happens when a company makes a GOOD FUCKING PRODUCT?
Word spreads, more people buy it, your friends recommend it to you.
The big shots in your niche have friends, and friends talk together “yo bro, I’ve seen your
views went up 25%, how did you do that?” “Lemme tell you bro” -> New client
AND sending out emails is a lot easier when you have tangible results to show off “hey
man, I took this guy who is in your exact niche, and increased his CTR by 2,5%, want me
to do the same for you?`”
Increasing your output -> more $$$
You have to realize that working as a freelancer or even having a business, is very
different than working a 9-5 (when you’re not commission based)
Here, you get paid for you output, so any way you increase your output, is a direct
increase in money being made.
If you use the same PNG, over and OVER and O V E R again. Maybe you should save it
on your pc, so you don’t have to make the mask every time. Boom, 1-5 minutes saved pr.
project
Increasing your output -> more $$$
Every week, or every day, depending on how fanatical you are, spend 30 minutes looking
over what you’re currently spending a lot of time on during work, and how you could
potentially cut that down?
Own examples
Watching podcasts at 135-175% speed
Creating a preset with my most used tools
Creating folders with most used SFX
If you can double your work speed, you’ve doubled your pay without asking for a pay raise -
> Why this is so powerful.
Finishing statement
Making money is all about delivering value

Becoming a millionaire is pretty much just about delivering value at scale
