This template PowerPoint presentation is intended to assist in


delivering training to health service staff, including explaining what a
HJP is, why it is valuable and how to identify legal issues.

Part 1 can be used to inform legal and health service staff about what a
HJP is and its benefits, or to present to external stakeholders.

Part 2 is intended to assist health service staff to identify legal issues in


order to make referrals for patients to see the Legal Service lawyer.
