Daily Routine Tasks :
• Downloads Attendance from all shops & Head Office (Lhr &
Khi).
• Fetch all Retail & H.O Attendance data through Connect
HRMS
• Check the Daily batch closing reports in candela.
• Take Backup from the both server (Candela & HRMS).
• Complaints of Lahore office & Branches End
• Playback Checking and Daily Monitoring by CCTV operator
• Correction and modification of wrongly punched expense
from store

Major issues highlighted from the stores :
• Email Encryption Like Password popup on screen and PST file
corruption.
• Candela DB corrupt at Bahawalpur and Tariq Road 1 and
failed to retrieve data when printing.
• POS printer is not printing due to light unavailability and PC
directly shutting down.
• Document printer jammed paper due to broken sleeve area,
faced this issue at Warehouse department.
• PC dead at Sheikhupura store due to heavy rain, recover DB
and email from server.
• Short circuit at Multan-3 Store and resolve it on immediate
basis.

Coordination with Maison Team :
• Windows installation for AX-365 installation
• Hardware Specification from stores for AX-365 installation
• Ready servers for AX-365 and Power BI tool
• Credentials ( Login & Password) and Server Unavailability

Coordination with Maison Team :
• Not Proper backup of UPS
• Need to Replace the NVR/DVR of Rawalpindi and Peshawar-2
• Need to Replace the camera of Link Road and Wapda Town.
• Need to Change the wiring of Hyderi store
• Avoid punching wrong expense and cash/credit card sales
• 2 New IP Cams were installed at Multan-3 but wiring is not
traced.
• Cameras and NVR were not on UPS and instruct to convert
from wapda to UPS

Surveillance issues and proper solution
• BGP Shop: Replace the Outside camera Because the old cam
was dead due to heavy Rain.
• Wapda Town: Replace the Outside and gallery camera
Because the old cams were dead due to heavy Rain.
• Liberty: Replace the BNC and Power adopter Because the
cams were going to be offline frequently.
• Okara: Outside cam offline and instruct him to check by local
vendor.
• Multan-3: Due to electric short circuit all equipment were
burnt and immediately replace it.

Support Required from stores
• Avoid wrongly punched expense in candela
• should check CCTV Cameras on their PC in morning
• Issue will be discussed on OPS & IT group for immediate
action
• Proper Shut down PC before closing
• Data must sync after POS Cash Flow
• Mostly branches faced UPS backup and GENSET issue.
• Before sending issue in the group, check Network Device
status on/off.
• Coordination Support required from branches like Hyderi
store is not thoroughly coordinated with Karachi IT Resource
