Store Atmosphere
The store must offer a positive ambience to the customers for
them to enjoy their shopping and leave with a smile.

Daily Check List


- Below areas have to look after at the store opening time for maintain a good Store Atmosphere
• Entrance, Signage, Floor Area, Cash Counter, Washroom, Parking Area clean Properly.
• Software(POS/ERP), Internet, Computer, Scanner, Store Light, AC, Generator working properly.
• Rostered Employee, Security attended with neat & clean.
• New Products, Delivery Van present as per requisition.
• Warehouse well Merchandise and Neat & Clean.
• All Display Area/Rack/Shelves fill up as per store layout and Visual merchandise planogram.
Team Meeting / Briefing
- Conduct a daily Short Team Meeting or Briefing
• Sharing last day and till date of current at opening time or when new shift join at duty.

Customer Service
- Customers are assets of the retail business and the retailer can’t afford
to lose even a single customer. Customers are paying our salary. So help
Customer in a way that benefit the brand/Store.

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Identify and Anticipate Needs.
• Demonstrate Customer about the products.
• Assist them in their shopping.
• Make Customers Feel Important and Appreciated.
• Handling Objection and Complain politely.
• Formulate a concrete refund and return policy for your store.

Visual Merchandising
• Visual Merchandising helps the customers to easily find out what they are
looking for.
• Visual merchandising makes shopping a pleasant experience.

Inventory and Stock Management
• The retailer must ensure to manage inventory to avoid being “Out
