Abstract
The comprehensive review studies performed related to the Techniques used in the HSCM
healthcare supply chain management (HSCM) using the latest
published research article. It has been observed that prevailing
agreement regarding the possibilities of implementing lean Methods Its application in the Healthcare supply chain management
manufacturing practices inside the HSCM. Moreover, the supply
chain of the organization typically offers significant prospects for Lean theory Recent research studies have indicated that healthcare organizations should use SCM to enhance the
enhancement, including cost reduction and improved the key efficiency of their systems by reducing non-value-added elements
performance indicators of HSCM. In this sense, it is found that the
implementation of lean production practices and ideas has gained Simulation based lean theory It employed with the objective of enhancing effectiveness and productivity of service delivery processes
significant acceptance within the healthcare industry. However, it within the healthcare supply chain
has been observed that researchers should focus more on the
issues related to the digitalization of SME’s supply chain and public Transaction cost economics The concept being explored here relates to the process of establishing the value of goods or services in the
supply chains such as public hospitals supply chain which are marketplace instead of setting a fixed price for them
under-studied. There is need to build a common theoretical
Theory of constraints This approach offers potential benefits such as cost reduction in operations, improved asset management,
foundation of the digital supply chain for future empirical research increased shareholder value, effective response to consumer demand, and generation of profits
and initiatives on the topic.
