 "Rajmahal Hotel Restora" is located in Maijdee-court, Noakhali, beside of
Noakhali zilla School.
 This hotel is a prominent establishment in the hospitality industry, offering a range
of goods and services to its patrons.

 For example:
They provide and offering Customers the every day
in the morning different types of breakfast items.
And Everyday at noon they organize many
kinds of lunch dishes for their local customer.
And afternoon they make some different food
for evening, And finally they also keep prepare to
provide their dinner items to the customers at night.
 Introduction
 About "30 workers" are working in the hotel
every day.
 Even though, "Hotel Rajmahal" have
a bakery Section.
 They also made different kinds of sweets
for it’s local customers.

1. Level of management:

 In top line management level , there are basically 2 person, one is the Owner " Mr.
Azim" and another one is General manager (Accounts) who are basically through
and maintains the give follow every business strategic idea of on to the middle line
management to maintain the hotel properly.

M Mid-line management:

 There are 3 managerial employ works in physically in


the field everyday.
 One of them work in account section to collect the bill/
payment from customers , when he received the bill
from customers, he record it in their receiving tally
khata , on beside when ta raw materials also came to
the hotel , he also record this purchases bill in this
record book as per as daily.
 Finally end of the month they also count their all bills ,
to know for profit or losses. And another One also
fixed this billing system with token to provide the
customer and another one working physically to
maintain and observing.

 First line/ Lower line management :

 In the first line management, there are working 16 of 18


waiter( hotel boys) work in the field to serve and supply the
food to the customer. On behind, there works 6 workers in
the kitchen and 3 workers are there for cleaning every time.

A good way of hospitality by which customer can


be satisfied, culinary expertise and good behavior
skills to serve the customers

Rajmahal Restora manage Advertising position and Conduct
some interviews to select staff. Also they prefer well beloved
staff. they also look for the qualifications.

The Restora provide training for their staff in the hotel. So that
they can improve their service skill.

The "Rajmahal Restora" provide Competitive salaries & also 3
times food facility and also provide some benefits for all the
workers of the hotel.

They arrange local Suppliers for fresh produce and quality of
materials from Noakhali, supermarket. On beside their Bakery
and sweets products items are comes from their own Factory.

The Restora have efficient Room for customers, where was
basically a big common dining space and also have two small
corner space for women customer .They have effective kitchen
management for cooking food and they maintain a good quality
and fresh served food, they also have a good welcoming
process for the guest.

customers feedback and internal community
