entering the same

field and

System will
display Cheque
Book clicking on Go
Maintenance
criteria screen
Select C – Here user is marking caution on a cheque.
Caution The important actions available in
Function field are Caution, Destroy,
Inquire, Verify & Cancel

Enter A/c ID Once Tab key is pressed, the system displays

the customer name
3 Enter Cheque No.

4 Enter No. of Leaves

5 Click on Go System displays details screen

 System displays
the cheque details
entered in criteria
screen .

New status of
Click on
cheque is also
Submit
displayed
The cheque is marked caution
