 We are a startup based IT/E-commerce/Delivery service providing company. We
provide our customers “Existing Businessmen” with IT and delivery support. By
this we try to satisfy our customers needs at very minimal cost. Our company
makes it easy for our customers to provide good service to there customers.
How we can be helpful
• We can pickup and deliver your goods within few hours. We

 Steps to be taken by our existing customers before enrolling our service.
St • Once the whatsapp business account is setup they need to send message to their existing customers and
ep have to inform them about the service that they have started providing.

ep order “phone number”, “Address”. Then send the details to us.

ep need to send to there customers.

 I need to set the price up according to the distance*weight*price and targeted industry.
 Same price for certain weight and Ahmedabad level distance. Lets say “3000” is the standard price
 With increase in weight the price increases as per the distance.
 I need to make a chat on the above requirements.

About Teleport app
 This is just the base idea for the app. The complete detailing will be done with the help of experts.
 If I am a user of the app then when I open this app it will show all the shops around me. “all those shops would be the registered shops in
the backend of our application.
 All the shops would be allotted with the certain category. So with the help of the filter the user can directly choose the category and selec
the place from which he or she wants to order.
 When the user selects the shop whole catalogue opens of the materials available in the shop.
 In short with the help of this app we are trying to bring whole individual shops online on the map through which the consumers could
order.
 By this way the users of the app could easily order anything from the known shops around them which also empowers the local
businesses which gives our company upper end to grow. Because other online company focuses on users only and takes the profits of
small businesses. But with the help of the application we can provide business to the small businesses and also comfort to the consumers.
 Another reason for it to grow is that people usually trust the locals more to buy something rather than the random online platform. And
since they know the location from which they are buying the consumer feels safe.
 Just an idea we can even keep gaming mode in this in which it gives the app gaming look however it works the same just it adds little bit
fun.
 BY THIS APPLICATION WE ARE TRYING TO BUILD VIRTUAL WORLD TO SHOP.

Problems that are faced by local businesses
 The most basic problem of local business is lack of knowledge. Today since the e commerce tech
giants have entered the Indian market they have created lot of problems for local businesses. Today
no body wants to go out and buy stuff instead they want the product to be delivered.
 The tech giants take the advantage of this and hence they create a lot of profit out of it.
 The biggest problem is that even if local business are shifted to the app like amazon n all it would
be very difficult for them to sell product due to high competition. The tech giants also charge extra
money if you want your product to be displayed on top.
 All of this stuff would be very complicated for a normal non educated business men.
 The consumers also sometimes don’t trust the product as they don’t know where it is coming from.
Solution for the problem faced by small

business
The teleport app is the solution of the problems.
 It provides them with support to built there virtual online store. It’s like there customers are visiting there store from the phone.
 It also gives them technical and delivery support
 There are high chances that there business will increase.
 Example :
If I want to order milk I will open the app. Once I open the app I will be able to see all kind of shops around me [which are registered].
Then I will go to search or filter option. After applying it all the places where milk is available will be highlighted. And I will order from
the nearest store and I will get my milk delivered at home. All the data of the customers will be registered and hence with the help of erp
system the customer will get the it support.
Same example is applicable for clothing, mobiles, accessories, grocery, and all kind of industry.
 CONSUMERS CONVINEANCE :
 The consumer would feel safe to buy from the near store as the consumer would know the exact location from which he purchased the
product so if any problem he or she could directly approach the shop.
 Consumers today normally prefer to buy things by going out as the places are near to them and orders the things that are not available
in there area. This service will provide them with lot of comfort.
 For example if I want to buy grocery from the place I always buy from but its 2km away and I am too hydrated or bored to go there

moment in some ways we have an upper hand over all tech giants and also we are not copying the
concept of any tech giant, it is something new which we are trying to implement. “so its +1”

 Phase 1 required team “All I know is I need one marketing team” and “coordinator” and “delivery
persons”
 Phase 2 required team “All I know for now is that I need a proper IT team”, “Leaders of different
branches”

to make money)
 Phase 1
 In phase one the main revenue will be generated from the service fees that we are going to charge from the store. We won’t charge
any kind of fees from the consumer (Customers customer) which will encourage them to order freely.
 Fees taken from the store owners : 3000 to 5000 (per month)
 Salary of delivery person : 7000-8000 (per month)
 Petroleum cost : 1500- 2000 (per month)
 The profit will increase with increase in customers “explained in the form of graph in next slide”
 IN NEXT SLIDE THE PROFIT NUMBER IS A TENTATIVE NUMBER IN WHICH SALARY OF MANAGEMENT AND
MARKETING TEAM IS NOT CONSIDERED.
 AS THE GROWTH OF COMPANY STARTS THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE OF PETROLIUM
VEHICLE. SO THE COSTING IS GOING TO GET REDUCED OVER THERE TOO.THIS POINT IS ALSO NOT
CONSIDERED IN THE GRAPH SHOWN IN NEXT SLIDE.
