 Procedure

● 1. Doctors advise patients to hospitalization.

● 2. Upon consent of the patient / family / person in charge of the patient, the
nurse IGD / POLY tell the receptionist that the patient be hospitalized.
● 3. Nurses guide the family / patient responsible for registering inpatients to
the receptionist.
● 4. For patients who entered through the emergency department, the
receptionist asked the patient Medication Card (for older patients) or record
data / identity of patients with complete (for new patients)
