 RATIONALE
Pursuant to the issued Memorandum dated May 05, 2023 titled
Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP)
for SY 2023-2024, Article III, Section 1.17, State of the Learner
Government Address (SOLGA) refers to the activity to be
conducted in the first and last quarter of the school year
highlighting the presentation of the General Plan Of Action and
accomplishments of the SELG/SSLG. In Article XV, Section 3,
the General Assembly shall be convened by the SELG/ SSLG
during the opening and closing of classes, and as deemed
necessary.
 RATIONALE
The SDO Tayabas City recognizes the significant role and
contributions of the student leaders in the Division and ensures
effective implementation of youth formation programs, projects and
activities through the initiatives of division fed officers. In addition, the
SGOD through the Youth Formation Development Section commits to
provide support to all learners to instill effective leadership which
shall contribute to their holistic development. Thus, the Youth
Formation Focal person adopts the conduct of General Assembly and
State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) in the Division
level which shall serve as a forum for the information dissemination
concerning on the PPAs of Division Fed SELG/SSLG officers.
 OBJECTIVES

 Signify the commitment of Division Fed officers to their

duties and responsibilities through Oath Taking.

 Facilitate forum for the information dissemination on

Division Fed SSLG concerns.

 Present the General Plan of Action of Division Fed

SSLG/SELG officers for the SY 2023-2024.
