that name because it’s referred to the generation that was going to graduate

● She is the current world champion in weightlifting, four times European champion and has three
Olympic medals (Gold, silver and bronze) all in the 75 kg category.
● The gesture started by chance. Lydia Valentín dropped the 141 kilos she had lifted in two stages, the
exercise that was worth a bronze medal in Rio 2016, and posed for the cameras making a heart with
her hands. From that moment, it became her hallmark, like the pink wristbands, the bows in her hair,
the earrings or the Hello Kitty belt.
● In 2008, the year that Lydia Valentín competed in her first Olympic Games, in Spain there were only
301 women with a weightlifting license. In 2019, after a decade in which the Leonese has not
stopped getting on the podium, the barrier of 1,000 women was surpassed for the first time. It is the
engine of Spanish weightlifting, which in the 2018 Europeans won 13 medals.

Singer, songwriter and producer, with her first work she earned five Latin Grammy nominations
and her song "Malamente" won two awards.
She graduated from the High School of Music and knocked on a thousand doors before
succeeding. For this reason, she resists being considered a generational product. She is one of the
most influential artists in the world.
 TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS

Simone Stray
She is a young German woman who created Plantix (plantix.net), an application that allows you to send photos
of affected crops through your smartphone. In this way, and after a diagnostic process, it identifies the disease
in the plant and provides very simple but useful information, such as suggesting the exact and economical
treatment.
 CONCLUSION
They are people born between 1981 and 1996 and apart from being called a
generation Y they are also known as millennials and are characterized by
being very sociable, tolerant, always trying to differentiate themselves from
the rest and always prepared for everything. Although they also have
negative things, for example they are lazy, self-centered and obsessed with
themselves. But we can also highlight people with great achievements who
can influence others like Lydia Valentín and some advances like Plantix.
