How to Access/Join

the GoToMeeting
• Click on the link given by the CNG representative via email -
https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/419586365

• This can be viewed via computer, tablet or smartphone.

1. Make sure that you have headset or computer

mic and speakers for the audio.
2. For first time users, you can download the app
in Google Play or App Store if you prefer to
join via smartphone.
Upon Clicking the link, you will be directed to this page.

These will give you

two options to join.

1. Open GoTo
Opener
(preferred for
2 computer and
laptops)

2. Download the
app (preferred for
smartphone users)
For the GoTo Opener, the Initializing option
will pop-up.
Once completed, you will be directed to this page.

1. Click the “Settings” Icon

to check the audio
1 settings.
2. Enable Mic and
Camera by clicking the
icons respectively. They
will be in color green
2 once enabled.
3. Type in your name so

participant/attendees will
know.
4 4. Click OK, I’M READY
to proceed.
Wait for other participants to join.
