ALEX ROSS
Nelson Alexander Ross (born January 22,
1970) is an American comic book writer and
artist known primarily for his painted
interiors, covers, and design work.
Alex Ross was born in Portland, Oregon, and
raised in Lubbock, Texas, by his United
Church of Christ minister father, Clark, and
his mother, Lynette, a commercial artist from
whom he would learn many of the trademarks
of his artistic style.
KINGDOM COME is a riveting story pitting the old
guard-Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and their
peers-against a new, uncompromising generation of
heroes in the final war against each other, to
determine nothing less than the future of the planet.
Marvels is a four-issue miniseries comic book
written by Kurt Busiek, painted by Alex Ross
and edited by Marcus McLaurin. It was
published by Marvel Comics in 1994.
