 Definition of compensation points

Necessary compensation of pilot currents min-max to get rid of tolerances

of the solenoid valves (+/-1,7 bar at 6 bar, +/-2 bar at 26 bar)

The pumps operate between 10 and 26 bar of SD pressure

Y51-52 : (0% ; 460 mA ; 10 bar)
(100% ; 890 mA ; 26 bar)

The additional spools influence the system between 6 and 26 bar

Y415 to 450 : (25% ; 308 mA ; 6 bar)
(90% ; 710 mA ; 26 bar)

Adjustment procedure - sensor calibration

2. Connect the sensor on B190 (with hydraulic part not connected)

3. Initialize the sensor

Adjustment procedure

4. Select the solenoid valve in the right box

5. Connect hydraulically the sensor on the solenoid valve
6. Safety lever down to activate the start button for the automatic compensation

Servo oil circuit
Adjustment procedure
7. Just click to start the procedure, the engine will automatically be set in mode P+ and the current
increases on the concerned solenoid valve.
When the procedure is complete, the engine drops to idle.
If the compensation points were correctly found, the compensation values are displayed in green,
when the solenoid valve respects the tolerances.

Servo oil circuit
Adjustment procedure

For Y420 (summation boom) or Y450 (by-pass stick), boom up or stick out (Y450) must be
activated during all the setting.
Note : the movement must be activated until the validation of the values

Symbol means that the movement must be activated

Adjustment procedure - error symbol

If the error symbol appears, the procedure does not start or stops.

The compensation point wasn’t found

on the current ranges :
-> solenoid valve out of tolerances
-> sensor connected on a wrong test
point or electrical failure by the
solenoid valve
