 This is a heart that is genuinely interested in helping other people.

 A heart that is selfless, ready to invest time, energy and money in the success
of your people as a mother does for the new born.
 You must develop this heart towards your team mates and prospects to enable
you to change lives, create ranks and raise millionaires in 2024. (ACHIEVE A
RANK)
 People who won’t have this heart are going to lose their teams in 2024.
 Practice the art of listening because people won’t care how much you know
until they know how much you care. Make sure you pray God to give you a
heart of GOLD.
 2.INDUSTRIALIZE THE CONNECTED ECONOMY

 Take it as a traditional business.

 Even though we are in the new connected economy, the people who are going to make it big
in this business are the ones ready to bring disciplines and principles of the industrial
economy in this 2024.
 These principles are:
 -Structure and organization: Organize your team as any other normal company. ()
 - Stop over independence: We must stop over independence in the business, stop doing the
things just as you want, we must take the business as a normal job. Remember, just because
our business offers freedom, doesn’t mean that you should start enjoying freedom from the
first day. You need to work hard before the business pays you even when you are not working.
 Imagine a supermarket that is doing the business the way you do your AG NUTRITION business.
It can shut down because of lack of seriousness.
 We must be very strict on our daily routine.
 We have 3 types of people in this business:
a) SPARE TIME (this person won’t succeed because they actually don’t do the business)
b) PART TIME (This person shall make it, because they know when they exactly do the
business)
c) FULL TIME (This person is going to achieve ranks and become a millionaire this 2024)
 3.CONSTANT MOMENTUM
 The reason why people didn’t succeed this last year is
because of start and stop. If you are a leader you must
create a momentum in your team:
 -This is the ability to remain in motion and maintain the
already achieved success and keep it growing.
 -This year we cannot afford resting the business to come
back later. If you are going to break, then you are gone.
 Once you start working on a goal don’t rest until you
achieve it, and when you start working with somebody
don’t break until he succeeds.
4. POSITIVE COMMITMENT (OBSESSION)
 -Like a football fan feels bad when he misses one match, feel even more than that when
you miss any team and business activities.
 -Commitment is a must if you are going to achieve ranks, be one of and raise millionaires
in 2024. It’s time to change our hobbies, habits and priorities to this business.
 -You must understand the business in order to commit. This is a business of connecting
people to products and mentoring a team of people doing the same professionally.
 -Your success is based on the amount of people you help to create extra or main income.
Welcome everyone and help them the way they are, spare-time, part-time or full time.
 It is their success in business that automatically leads to your success. Remember that
whatever that you are looking in life is available in this business.
 -Be addicted to mastering all the basic skills (PROSPECTING, INVITING, PRESENTING,
CLOSING& FOLLOW UP, SPONSORING)
 -Be addicted to help your team succeed.
 When you don’t fight for something you fall for anything.
 -People should know you for this business, so carry it on your head. If people are not
mocking you(making fun of you) then you are not yet committed enough.
 -Everybody that knows you must know that you are in this business this 2024.
 Commitment takes your time, energy and money so make sure you invest it in valuable
things because they are limited.
 Be part the millionaires who are going to raise millionaires this 2024 by fully committing
on the activities.
 5. NO EXCUSES ARE VALID IN 2024
 The vision is to raise millionaires and create ranks in 2024. This is not for
people with excuses.
 If anyone in your team is bringing excuses, shift to the ones who are ready.
Don’t accept excuses from anyone, not even from you.
 In 2024, you’ll either make money or make excuses; there is no way you
are making both.
 -Excuses are excuses no matter how valid they are, and remember that they
are the currency used to buy failure.
 Every one of us can make excuses because they visit everyone; it’s up to you
to welcome them.
 From when a man was created, they had excuses but they always faced the
negative effects. (EVEN ADAM GAVE AN EXCUSE TO GOD, AND STILL GOT
PUNISHED SO DON’T TRY EXCUSES.)
