Get down on all fours to complete the cat/cow yoga
pose. Line up your shoulders over your wrists and
hips over your knees. Arch your back to the sky
and tuck in the tailbone.
Let your head fall between your arms.
From there, sink your belly towards the ground
and lift the chest and chin. Gently alternate
between the two poses while breathing deeply.
Three, Two, One, Go!
Blastoff!
Everyone squat down with your hands on the
ground in front of you. All together,
countdown three, two, one. On zero, push up
like a rocket, jumping as high you can.
Letting all your energy burst free!

Snap and a Wink
Snap your left fingers while
you wink your right eye.
Switch. Snap your right fingers
while winking your left eye.

Everyone stands in a circle. One classmate


throws their hands in the air. As they lower
their hands, the next classmate in line
throws their arms up and lowers them. This
continues until the wave goes all the way
around the circle.

Count down from 20


while pushing your
hands together as
hard as you can.
Open Your Chest Go!

Stand tall, reach both hands behind


you and touch the middle of your
back. Push your shoulders back and
down. Count to 10 while breathing
in and out slowly.
Go!

Do 15 burpees.
