Present Simple
 I usually work out a lot. I go to gym, run,
attend boxing and ballet classes. I eat lots

during the day.

I am an early bird. I get up at 4.30 AM,

walk and feed the dogs. Then I meditate,
make my coffee, write a gratitude list.
After that I take my phone and read
emails and texts.

I begin my day with breakfast. After it I

work out at the gym. I spend time with
Rafael Nadal family and friends until around midnight.
Sometimes I stay up late to watch football
game.
