Importance of using EPI monitoring chart


• Helps us to see our monthly, quarterly and yearly performance
against our target number of children to be vaccinated

• Helps us to see the number of children defaulted from different


antigens (Drop outs) and can take action timely
Data needed to plot EPI monitoring chart

• Target number of children under 1 year for the health facility

• Number of children vaccinated in each month for different antigens
