on preference such as like/
dislikes (good or bad).
Examples:

NBA.
2. Capital punishment is unjust.
Claim of policy
is a statement that indicates that
an action must be taken in specific
policies.
Examples:
1. Congress should pass the dream act.
2. The death penalty should be abolish
in Illinois.
