CHOCO ICE

INGREDIENTS
• 8 CUPS WATER
• 2 CANS (370 GRAMS EACH) CONDENSED MILK
• 1 1/3 CUP CORNSTARCH
• 1 EVAPORATED MILK (370 ml)
• MILO POWDERED CHOCOLATE (120 g)
• 1 ALL PURPOSE CREAM
PROCEDURE

• 1. Prepare and secure all the tools


and materials needed
• 2. Make a slurry by combining the
cornstarch into 1 cup of water.
• 3. In a casserole, combine 8 cups of water ,
cornstarch slurry and 2 cans of condensed
milk. Mix thoroughly.
• 4.Bring to boil using high heat. When
the mixture starts boiling turn it into low
heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix it
well.
• 5. After simmering the mixture, turn off the
heat. Add the choco powder, evaporated
milk and all purpose cream. Stir it and let it
cool for 10-15 minutes.
• 6. Repack the mixture into plastic moldings
and wrap it tightly. Place it in the freezer for
atleast 24hours. Serve and enjoy.
