particular job a month or more before the
person is actually needed .

of jobs that are particularly hard to fill. A continuous
search and hire model is used for these jobs.
RAMP-UP TIME HIRE
These are the types of jobs that are difficult to master and

grow rapidly in numbers in the next 12 to 18
months.

only hired when required in that particular
season – seasonal fluctuations and product
cycles.

people in a particular company and the hiring is
then stretched over a period of time.
PRE-IDENTIFY ANY TARGETED “KEY
SENIOR POSITIONS”

advance of the actual need arising because it takes a lot of time to
“headhunt” senior executives.
Adv. of senior people – 1. Bringing talent to that organisation
2. Gain a competitive edge over
your competitors.
“PREPARE FOR PROMOTION”
JOBS
Promoting an individual just before their promotion
date so that that individual can be trained properly
and there is a smooth transition and no loss in
productivity.
PRE-QUALIFYING
Candidates are sourced and identified as
potential appointments, their names are kept in
databases for retrieval when there is a suitable
job opening.
