software life cycle management. Post
completion of every phase of development
product is sent for review and Quality Audit.
 Role based access in the product by default
avoids any kind of unauthorised access. Only
the person authorised to make changes can
make configurations changes.
 A Periodic Internal Quality & Security audit is
performed on the system to avoid any kind of
leakage in the system.
 Most of the Modules in JSDP have successfully
passed third party quality audit’s of the Telco’s
like Vodafone India as it was the mandate to
run services for our customers in Telco
network. Specially the Content Management
System and Charging Gateway which are crucial
from security and fraud management point of
view.

Fraud Management
 All Socket based services (SMS Server, USSD Server etc) exposes port
access to the Vasp Vendors via VPN and hence unauthorised access is
blocked even at the Network level because none of the unauthorised
entity can access the ports directly.
 Rest Service End points are implemented using Spring Boot security
and also available on the Secure URL with IP and Key based
authentication process. Any request without the valid Security Key is
rejected at the adapter level only.
 Layered processing of the request prevents access to the core system
services by any of the outside/third-party entities. Third party can
only access the Service adapters and if request validation is failed
then returned from the adapter level itself.
 IP Based and the Basic Auth Access Validation is also available in the
system and can be enabled if required by the telco.
 Automatic Blacklist of the Vasp IP in case any of the service
experiences missues of the system like
 More then x number of SMS/USSD Messages to the same number
 More then x number of the Charging/Billing request on the same number.
 Can be configured to process on specific number of the Billing request in
a day for any number.
 Secure Consent page is presented to the Customer with Header
Validation Check before processing charging request which helps.
Consent pages is usually hosted on a private IP whitelisted in the
Telco environment and configured at Telco DNS to be accessible
inside Telco Network only.
