3. States prefer collective interests over national interests
4. Institution building is the best way to resolve conflict
5. United nations and other bodies play key role on
humanitarian ground
WIN-WIN STRATEGY
1. Mutual benefit.
2. Rabbit and Turtle story.
3. Not always slow and steady wins the race.
4. Moral 1: Fast and consistence will always beat the
slow and steady.
5. Moral 2: First identify your core competency and then
change the playing field to suit your core competency.
6. Moral 3: Its good to be individually brilliant and to
have strong core competencies.
