you need DVD of Windows Server or Image. You can download an ISO and make a Bootable USB Flash drive. If you don’t know how to create a Bootable USB, read the article about How to Create a Bootable USB with Diskpart Command line Tool. Step 2.
All you have to do now, Boot
the system with DVD or USB. If the system ask you Press any key to boot…. just press enter and let Windows will boot. Step 3.

Wait for a while till the setup
loads all necessary files (depending on your machine, it will take a couple of minutes Step 5.
Once the setup files are loaded,
the setup will start with the following screen. You can change these to meet your needs (the default values should be fine for now) Step 6.

previous screen, Read the License terms, tick the "I accept the license terms" and click Next Step 1o.
Select costume: Install Windows only
(Advanced). This will let you to install a clear Windows instead of upgrade the old Windows. Step 11.
Now select the hard disk and click
New to create a partition for System and Windows drive. Enter the size or capacity of Windows drive and click Apply button. Step 12.
When ask you about to create
a system reserved disk or additional partition for system files, click OK to create it.
Note: System partition is
preserve Windows boot files and help Windows load speedy and work quickly. Now, select the you want to install Windows and click next. Step 13.
Now once we picked our
partition, clicking on next from previous screen will start the set up. This process might take a while. Step 14.
Once the setup is done, it will restart and
start your Windows Server 2012 for the first time. It will ask you then to set up a password for the Administrator user The setup will finalize your settings, might take a couple of minutes Step 15.
Once the setup is done, you can
log in for the first time to your Windows Server, as the screen says, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to log in, and use the password you set in the setup process Step 16.
Once you Log in,
Windows Server 2012 will show the Server Manager Step 17.
Note: Installation of Windows Server
2012 R2 with a GUI and Server Core are the same but when you log in to Windows Server core, you will see only a black desktop with a opened command prompt. Congratulations! You have now Windows server 2012 Installed with Datacenter.
