What is Content Marketing
 Content marketing is a form of marketing focused on creating, publishing, and
distributing content for a targeted audience online. It is often used by businesses
in order to achieve the following goals: attract attention and generate leads,
expand their customer base, generate or increase online sales, increase brand
awareness or credibility, and engage an online community of users. Content
marketing attracts new customers by creating and sharing valuable free content
as well as helps companies create sustainable brand loyalty, provides valuable
information to consumers, and creates a willingness to purchase products from
the company in the future.
 Content marketing starts with identifying the customer's needs. After that, the
information can be presented in a variety of long form and short form formats,
including news, video, white papers, e-books, info graphics, email newsletters,
case studies, podcasts, how-to guides, question and answer articles,
photos, blogs, etc. Examples of short form content include short blog posts and
social media posts.

Website Making through Wordpress software

 I have developed my own website using Wordpress software.


 WordPress (also known as WP or WordPress.org) is a web content
management system. It was originally created as a tool to
publish blogs but has evolved to support publishing other web content,
including more traditional websites, mailing lists and Internet forum,
media galleries, membership sites, learning management
systems and online stores. Available as free and open-source software,
WordPress is among the most popular content management systems – it
was used by 43.1% of the top 10 million websites as of December 2023.
 WordPress is written in PHP hypertext pre processer language and
paired with a My SQL or Maria DB database. Features include a plug-in
architecture and a template system, referred to within WordPress as
"Themes".
 WordPress was released on May 27, 2003, by its founders, American
developer Matt Mullenweg and English developer Mike Little. WordPress
Foundation owns WordPress, WordPress projects, and other related
trademarks.
Making Creatives for social media
 Through this internship I have also
learned how to make creatives for social
media or for any company.
 I am making creatives for social media
by using canva software.
 Different creatives I have made like I
have made promotional creatives for the
company.
LinkedIn Page Creation
 With this internship I have also learned how to create LinkedIn page for our
business website.
 We can also do promotion of our website on LinkedIn.
 For eg:- If I have to create a LinkedIn page for our website so first we gave the
page name as Delhi Institute of Digital marketing and then place a cover image
for that page.
 About Section:
Write a concise and compelling overview of the Delhi Institute of Digital
Marketing.
Highlight the institute's mission, values, and commitment to providing quality
digital marketing education.
Include key achievements, such as industry partnerships, accreditations, or
notable alumni.
 Content Strategy:
Share regular updates about institute events, achievements, and industry-
related news.
Showcase student success stories, testimonials, and highlights from digital
marketing projects.
Facebook Page Creation
 Access Facebook:
 Log in to your personal Facebook account. If you don't have one, you'll need to create one before proceeding.
 Create a Page:
 On the Facebook homepage, find and click on the "+" icon at the top right corner.
 Select "Page" from the drop-down menu.
 Choose a Page Category:
 Select "Company, Organization or Institution."
 Choose "Education" as the category.
 In the "Name" field, enter "Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing."
 Complete Basic Information:
 Add a profile picture using the institute's official logo.
 Upload a cover photo that reflects the institute's identity or campus.
 Enter a short description in the "About" section, highlighting the institute's mission and key offerings.
 Customize Page Settings:
 Click on "Settings" in the top right corner.
 Configure page settings, including privacy, messaging preferences, and notifications.
 Add Additional Information:
 Navigate to the "Page Info" tab.
 Add detailed information about the institute, including the address, contact details, website, and founding date.
 Create Content:
 Start creating posts to engage your audience. Share updates, educational content, event announcements, and
relevant news.
 Use a mix of text, images, and videos to keep the content diverse and engaging.
 Connect with Others:
 Invite friends, colleagues, and employees to like and follow the page.
 Encourage your network to share the page with their connections to increase visibility.
 Create and Share Events:
 If the institute hosts events, create Facebook events to promote them.
 Share updates, photos, and information about upcoming events.
 Engage with the Audience:
 Respond to comments and messages promptly.
 Encourage followers to share their experiences, ask questions, and participate in
discussions.
 Utilize Facebook Insights:
 Facebook provides analytics through Insights. Monitor these metrics to understand

 Promote the Page:
 Consider using Facebook Ads to reach a larger audience. You can create targeted
ads to promote specific programs, events, or achievements.
 Regularly Update Content:
 Consistency is key. Regularly update the page with fresh and relevant content to keep
your audience engaged.
Freelancing
 Freelance (sometimes spelled free-lance or free
lance), freelancer, or freelance worker, are terms
commonly used for a person who is self-employed and
not necessarily committed to a particular employer
long-term. Freelance workers are sometimes
represented by a company or a temporary agency that
resells freelance labor to clients; others work
independently or use professional associations or
websites to get work.
 Through freelancing I have taken lot of projects for
digital marketing like for promotion of products and
services of the company or undertaken the project of
SEO where I am doing the on page and off page SEO.
Outcomes of the Internship
 Through this 2 months internship I have learned a
lot of things which will benefit me in the future and
also to pursue my career in digital marketing field.
I can create my own content but with the help of
taking examples from google. It benefitted me a
lot. I can do promotion of my website on my own
with the help of this 2 months digital marketing
internship. Thanks to Vipul Sir(Manager at DIDM)
for giving this opportunity and also thanks to
Sushant sir (Digital marketing Trainer) for guiding
us and help us to learnt a lot of things in this 2
months tenure.
