1. Equal Work Opportunities For All – the STATE
shall protect labor, full employment, provide equal work opportunity regardless of gender, race, or creed.
2. Security of Tenure – every employee shall be
assured of security of tenure. NO employee shall be dismissed from work EXCEPT for a just or authorized cause and only after due process RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES BASED ON DOLE BASIC RIGHTS
3. Workdays and Work Hours – An employee shall
be paid their wages for all hours worked. They are entitled to a night shift pay if the work hours is from 10pm to 6am.
4. Weekly Rest Day – A day-off of 24 consecutive
hours after a six ((^) days of work upon consultation. RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES BASED ON DOLE BASIC RIGHTS
5. Wage and Wage-related Benefits – Wage is the
amount paid to an employee in exchange for service rendered
6. Payment of Wages – Should be directly paid to
