 INTRODUCCIÓN
- GLP-1 y los inhibidores de SGLT2, reducen los eventos cardiovasculares en
pacientes con diabetes tipo 2.

- Los agonistas del receptor de GLP-1 disminuyen la HbA1c, mejorar la presión

arterial y reducir de forma variable el peso, sin aumentar el riesgo de
hipoglucemia y reducen los MACE.

 Conclusiones

• Los agonistas de la GLP-1 reducen los MACE.

• No hay diferencias entre los agonistas
inyectados semanalmente con los brindan
diariamente.
• Los GLP-1 redujeron en 11% el ingreso
intrahospitalario por IC.
• No hay ninguna significancia la forma de
estructura de los GLP-1 con exendine-4

 Conclusiones
• excluir a ELIXA del metaanálisis aumentó los beneficios
cardiovasculares generales de los agonistas del receptor de
GLP-1 .
• GLP-1 reduce la agregación plaquetaria por ende reduce el
riesgo de un evento cerebrovascular, esto podría conllevar a
disminuir el deterioro cognitivo.
• GLP-1 en los resultados renales definidos se midió la
creatinina.
