needs.
4. Rewards and Recognition-Managers recognize and reward high
performance.

1. Policy Development-HR develops performance management
policies and procedures.
2. Training and Support-HR provides training and support to
managers and employees on performance management processes.
3. System Implementation-HR is responsible for implementing and
maintaining performance management systems
4. Data Analytics-HR analyses performance data to identify trends and
areas for improvement.

1.AT PEPSICO-Employees upload their performance targets on MDN ,a


global portal which is available at PepsiCo employees across the world. Mid-
Term review and final appraisal facilities by MDN also guides employees in
racking their career plans and prepare Action plan .

2.AT TCS -Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) utilized an internal performance


management system known as "iCount" for its employees -
