Philippines are prone to natural disasters,
particularly
Typhoons
Floods
Landslides
Volcanic Eruptions
Earthquakes
Loss of Agricultural Lands

Recent scientific studies reveal that human
activities have contributed significantly to
the increase of greenhouse gases in the
atmosphere that causes climate change. The
Philippines is known as a hotspot for climate
change disasters particularly the risk for
agriculture and food security due to extreme
El Nino and severe tropical cyclone.
Activity: Using the Venn Diagram discuss the cause of natural
environmental issues and man-made environmental issues;
Write it inside the area of the circle and on the overlapping
area write the common effect of these issues to human.
