Paul and Melika always have a date on Friday night. Paul picks up Melika at 7:00 p.m., and they go to a movie at
7:30 p.m.

This Friday, Paul gets stuck in traffic. He nervously taps the steering wheel. He hates to be late, and Melika will
be worried.

He takes out his cell phone to call her, but his battery is nearly dead. He dials her phone number and the phone
rings once.
