What is global warming ?
Climate change refers to long-term shifts in
temperatures and weather patterns. These
shifts may be natural, but since the 1800s,
human activities have been the main driver of
climate change, primarily due to the burning
of fossil fuels (like coal, oil and gas), which
produces heat-trapping gases.

What causes global warming ?
When carbon dioxide (CO2) and other air pollutants build up in the
atmosphere, they absorb sunlight and solar rays that have already
reflected off the surface of the earth. Normally, this radiation would
escape into space, but because these pollutants may remain in the
atmosphere for many years or even decades, they trap the heat and
make the planet hotter. The greenhouse effect is the result of these
heat-trapping pollutants, notably carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous
oxide, water vapor, and synthetic sulfur oxides, which are referred to
as greenhouse gases.

How does it effects us and our planet ?

As a result of numerous major environmental changes brought on by global warming, human health may potentially
be affected. As a result, coastal land may be lost, precipitation patterns may alter, the risk of droughts and floods may
increase, and biodiversity may be in danger.

In conclusion,

Climate change includes global warming, which is the

gradual increase in earth's temperature. We should be
concerned about global warming since it already creates a
major threat to us and to the earth because we are currently
experiencing a climate emergency.
