Abstract
Identify the Variables for Food
This year whole world celebrating Millet Year as announced by the Carbon Foot Print & Healthy Diet
International body United Nations World Health Organization (UNWTO). Research Using “ Millet”
Everyone is aware of the health benefits of Millet Food Dishes. But with Methodology
the help of this study, the author would like to disclose the information
about Millet dishes in the Food Carbon Footprint. Along with suggesting Selection of Population in Two Group
that millet dishes are adopted into the daily Life of Human Beings. The ;Cultivation Worker (CW)& Health
Care Worker (HCW)
